Tropica Storm is from Southwest Georgia. She relocated to Fayetteville, North Carolina in 2011 to serve on Active Duty in the United States Army. In 2015, she decided to close her chapter as a soldier and become a full time mother and student. She successfully graduated with honors, Summa Cum Laude, from Fayetteville State University. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are preferred 7 or more days prior to the booked date, and no less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. All retainer fees are non refundable and non transferrable. In the event Client cancels the project less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date, Client will lose the retainer fee made to the Artist and be charged 100% of the remaining balance. Clients who are 10 minutes or more late are subject to a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes of being tardy; appointment will be cancelled and will be treated as a same day cancellation (See previous statement). Additionally, if the client fails to show-up to appointment without contact; client will be responsible for the remaining balance and artist reserves the right to refuse any future service requests. Artist may at any time, for any reason, without explanation decline services. Cheerful cooperation is required for any service as such, any aggressive, intimidating, violent or destructive behavior, poor attitude, profanity, use or display of weapons (to include mace) is not permitted. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service and you may be asked to leave the premises. Failure to do so will result in law enforcement and/ or legal action.
